Shikha Barman, Ph.D, CEO & Co-Founder
Dr. Barman brings 14+ years of work experience in areas of biomaterials, polymer science, vaccine biology, gene delivery, nanotechnology and drug delivery. A leader in the field, Dr. Barman has over 70 publications and is the inventor and co-inventor of 20 U.S. issued patents and 6 PCT patents. Dr. Barman holds a B.S. and a M.S. in Chemistry from Auburn University, AL, a M.S. in Polymer Science and dual Ph.Ds in Plastics Engineering and Polymer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

David Karasic, President & Co-Founder
A registered patent agent, David Karasic has 20+ years of combined work experience in biomedical engineering, electronics design, electrical & computer software engineering, mechanics and technical writing. Mr. Karasic holds a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Trenton State College and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
